OUR HISTORY

THE BEGINNING

1992

Papanikolaou Ltd. (MOTOSTAR) is founded by the Papanikolaou Spirou family. Its main business is importing large displacement motorcycles from Canada.

1998

The company Papanikolaou EPE is active in the field of new motorcycles, offering high-quality services in sales and after sales service. In our facilities 500 sq.m. accessories department, spare parts department & workshop with the most modern specifications are created.

2003

The company Papanikolaou EPE, always at the service of motorcyclists, takes another big step by creating a new store in Patras. In the new facilities 1000 sq.m. house the new accessories department, the new technical department and the new parts department of the company.

2004

Our company undertakes the representation of the Piaggio Group for the Patras region, creating the largest and most modern vertical unit in Greece.

2012

Our company creates its online store with the address www.pols.gr (Papanicolaou On Line Store). Our goal is to provide products (helmets, clothing, accessories, etc.) at the best prices on the market with fast and easy shipping.

2013

After a successful course of one year our online store www.pols.gr is completely upgraded incorporating new technology to better serve its users.

2016

Our company is expanding its building facilities (1400 sq.m.) and renovating all its departments.

2017

Our company undertakes the representation of BMW Motorrad for the region of Western Greece.

2021

Our company now provides the service of renting BMW motorcycles through bmwmotorent.gr.

2024

Our company now provides the service of renting Piaggio scooters and motorcycles through piaggiomotorent.gr.
